Short version: some links on AdditiveRealm are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes a score, a verdict or which printers we cover.
Which links earn us money
- Amazon: AdditiveRealm is a participant in the Amazon Associates programme. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
- AliExpress: some product links go through the AliExpress affiliate programme.
- Not affiliate links: links to a manufacturer’s official store (for example Bambu Lab, Prusa, Elegoo, Creality) are plain links. We earn nothing from them; they are there because the official store is often the right place to buy.
Where a page shows prices or “Where to buy” boxes, assume the retailer links in them may be affiliate links.
What never happens
- No brand pays for a score, a ranking or a place in our printer comparison chart.
- No sponsored post goes up without a clear “Sponsored” label at the top. We have published none so far.
- A free review unit, if we ever accept one, is disclosed in that review.
How our reviews are made
Reviews of printers TreiD owns are hands-on: his own prints, measurements and photos. Reviews of printers he does not own are consensus reviews, built from several independent video reviews and the manufacturer’s specifications, and each one says so at the top. The method behind the scores is explained on our scoring page.
